1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using RWAHub ("the Platform", "we", "us"), your Resident Welfare Association or apartment owners' association ("Society", "you") agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What RWAHub Provides

RWAHub is a society management platform offering modules for member and flat records, maintenance dues, visitor and gate management, staff attendance, notices, complaints, documents, and related committee workflows. Features made available to your Society depend on the plan and modules you activate.

3. Account & Committee Responsibility

Your Society is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Platform, for managing who on your committee or office staff has access, and for promptly removing access when a person's role or authorization ends. RWAHub is not responsible for decisions made using data your Society or its authorized users have entered.

4. Data Ownership

Your Society owns the resident, dues, visitor, staff, and other operational records it enters into the Platform. RWAHub does not sell or share this data with third parties, and processes it only to provide and support the Platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access to another society's data, interfere with Platform availability, or use it for any unlawful purpose. RWAHub may suspend or restrict access where misuse is reasonably suspected.

6. Payments & Plans

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Your Society is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and for charges incurred under its account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, pricing, and these Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, RWAHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including disputes between committee members, residents, or third parties that rely on Platform data.

9. Termination

Your Society may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably practicable.
